pizzaOur best ever homemade pizza recipe, it is very easy and quick.With these easy tips , you will be surely satisfied with the end result.Ready dough can be high in fat and sudiom not only that,but also you can freeze the dough and save it for later use , without losing the good fresh taste.

All what you will need is to unfreeze one hour before baking.

This dough is very flexible , you can also use it for cinnamon roles or any other sweet fillings like dates dough especially if you prefer not to add eggs.


  1. 1 package (¼ ounce) active dry yeast
  2. 1 teaspoon sugar
  3. 1 and ¼ cups warm water(110° to 115°)
  4. 3 tablespoons of drayed milk
  5. 1/4 cup canola oil
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 cup of yogurt
  8. 4 cups all-purpose flour.
  9. 1/2 pound ground beef
  10. 1 small onion, chopped
  11. 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  12. 3 teaspoons dried oregano
  13. 1 teaspoon dried basil
  14. 1 medium green pepper, diced
  15. 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese


  1. In large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water; let stand for 5 minutes. Add oil and salt.
  2. Add drayed milk and yogurt.
  3. Stir in flour, a cup at a time, until a soft dough forms.
  4. Turn onto floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes.Meanwhile, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
  6. Punch down dough; divide in half. Press each into a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Combine the tomato sauce, oregano and basil;
  7. spread over each crust. Top with beef mixture, green pepper and cheese.
  8. Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.

And here is another tip , especially for working moms, freeze the souce and use it again with fresh boiled spagetti on any other busy day.The same souce recipe can be used with fried eggplant , don't forget to add little parmesan cheese on top!


    1 tbsp olive oil
  1. 500g beef mince
  2. 2 medium onions, finely chopped
  3. 2 carrots, trimmed and finely chopped
  4. 2 celery sticks, finely chopped
  5. 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  6. 2-3 sprigs rosemary leaves picked and finely chopped
  7. 2 x 400g tins plum tomatoes
  8. small pack basil leaves picked finely chopped and the rest left whole for garnish
  9. 1 tsp dried oregano
  10. 2 tbsp tomato purée
  11. 3 teaspoons dried oregano
  12. 1 teaspoon dried basil
  13. 400g spaghetti
  14. 75g parmesan


  1. In a large saucepan put on a medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Reduce the heat and add the onions, carrots, celery sticks,garlic cloves and the leaves from 2-3 sprigs rosemary, all finely chopped, then fry for 10 mins.
  3. Add 500g beef mince and cook stirring for 3-4 mins,increase the heat meduim-high
  4. Add the plum tomatoes, the finely chopped leaves of basil, dried oregano, tomato purée.Stir with a wooden spoon, breaking up the plum tomatoes.
  5. Bring to the boil, reduce to a gentle simmer and cover with a lid. Cook for 1hour stirring occasionally, until you have a rich, thick sauce..
  6. Add the 75g grated parmesan, check the seasoning and stir.
  7. When the Bolognese is nearly finished, cook 400g spaghetti following the pack instructions.
  8. Drain the spaghetti and stir into the Bolognese sauce. Serve with more grated parmesan, the remaining basil leaves and crusty bread, if you like.
